These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the King Clippa dashboard and its connected social publishing workflows.
Use of the service
King Clippa is an authenticated workflow tool, not an open social platform.
Authorised use only
King Clippa is intended for authorised users who connect and manage their own social media accounts or accounts they are permitted to manage on behalf of a creator, brand, or content team.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, the security of their own credentials, and any actions taken through their connected accounts.
Content responsibility
Users are responsible for the media, captions, and publishing decisions they submit through the dashboard, including ensuring they have the rights and permissions required for that content.
Platform compliance
Users must comply with the rules, policies, API terms, monetisation rules, and applicable law for each connected platform, including TikTok and any other supported integrations.
Restrictions and service limits
These are the main service restrictions relevant to reviewers and users.
Prohibited conduct
- No unauthorised access, scraping, impersonation, spam, botting, or fake engagement.
- No use of the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
- No use of connected platform APIs outside the authorised workflow provided by the service.
Third-party integrations
King Clippa relies on third-party services and platform APIs, including TikTok Login Kit and the Postiz-powered publishing stack. Availability of integration features may change if those providers change their rules, permissions, or technical requirements.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated where necessary to protect service integrity, investigate abuse, address legal risk, or enforce these terms.
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, integrations, and publishing outcomes may be affected by maintenance, outages, platform API issues, or policy changes outside King Clippa’s control.

Ownership
The King Clippa website, workflow design, and dashboard materials remain the property of their respective owners. Users retain responsibility for and rights to the content they submit, subject to the permissions they grant for the service to operate.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Clippa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service, connected platforms, or third-party integration failures.
